Welcome to Hope, where no perfect people are allowed and the only thing that counts is faith expressed through love!

Hope is a new church in downtown Mint Hill, N.C. with fresh ideas. No denominational burdens, no "we've always done it that way", no merely "playing" church. We're here to make a difference in people's lives, just as God intends.

Hope is just a group of regular people who have missed the mark more times than we'd like to admit. But we've found forgiveness, meaning and purpose in Christ.

At the heart of our devotion is an uncommon commitment to the greatest command. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:37-39). This captures our imagination. Intimacy with God is a huge value. It drives our worship. Loving others drives our mission. The nature of that mission is to love others by the standard Jesus set; as much as we love ourselves …and we do! Everyday we devote time, energy and effort into our own well-being. We bring that same intensity to loving others.

What's New in 2013?

Saturday, February 2, 2013 - 7:00 p.m.

We will be having a coffeehouse and food drive for Bain Elementary School's food pantry. Local talent will be singing and playing music and we are collecting dry and canned foods to donate to Bain's Food Pantry to feed local needy families.

This is a great opportunity for Hopesters to show their love and concern for others in the community. If you'd like to help, please bring something non-perishable or gift cards from a local grocery store or WalMart. Click here for a comprehensive list of items that are needed.

While you are serving the Lord with your giving you can also take in a great cup of coffee, listen to music, and fellowship with others.

We are having a worship concert called Embrace.

This will be a time to encounter the Lord in worship. All are invited - feel free to invite friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc.!

"I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe."
